Choose Supreme Confidence and END Shyness Today

I use to suffer from paralyzing shyness only 15 years ago. So much so that I was inspired to find a way to break free from this debilitating state. I subsequently did. I now speak in front of large audiences with a sense of supreme confidence. My inspiration led me to a deeper understanding of not only the roots of this problem but more over of all impediments that human beings face who are motivated to be free, empowered, and fully alive in every way. I share here my insights and the modality I developed that changed my life and I know will irreversibly change yours forever.

Shyness is a common yet poorly understood problem by many therapists who often try to enlist individuals to struggle against this internal emotional limitation in order to supposedly get free. Unfortunately such approaches are not only temporarily effective they also subscribe to the idea that one must suffer in order to get free. Now I ask you does this sound like a strategy that is motivating or inspiring? Hardly!

Shyness in my view is like an invisible emotional straightjacket that is associated with feelings of embarrassment, shame, inadequacy, ineptitude, low self esteem, low self confidence, a fear of social situations, a fear of feeling exposed or vulnerable, a fear of looking, appearing or being perceived as being foolish or awkward and so on.

This straightjacket, it may help you to know, is not who you really are. I think you know this yourself because the “you” inside really does want to have a full and unlimited life. So try this for a moment, if you wish. Place one hand over your heart and simply affirm this to yourself i.e. say something like (as if you are speaking it from your heart):

“I want to be free to be my true authentic and unlimited self, now and always in a peaceful, confident, relaxed, joyful, resilient and fully expansive way.”

Once you’ve done that simply go inside and notice how you feel there.

You will likely start to feel a greater sense of calmness, greater inner strength, lighter, a sense of relief, greater confidence, more present, more alive and more like your true self is starting to emerge right within you.

If you like this experience then simply affirm this for yourself again as if speaking from your heart and the feeling will grow stronger.

In short what you have just done is that you’ve addressed your Life Force and have asked it to begin returning to your mind/body to support it and you.

It is your Life Force that is responsible for supplying you with all those positive attributes that you feel you lack and very much desire in order to feel whole, complete, strong, capable and confident.

There is now a process that powerfully helps one restore their Life Force within their mind/bodies permanently.
